A single-head continuous inkjet printer for production lines that run all day. It marks dates, batch numbers and codes on almost any surface without touching the product, and every option in the Boltmark II range can be fitted to it.
Request a quoteThe EBS-6900 is the fully-equipped model in the Boltmark II series. Where the EBS-6600 covers simple, single-line coding, the 6900 is built for lines that need more print area, more stored messages and networked control.
It draws 19 W, needs no compressed air, and weighs 12.5 kg dry, so it can be moved between lines on a wheeled stand rather than dedicated to one machine. The integrated ink system is replaced in three steps without tools, which means a line operator can do it instead of waiting for a technician.
For plants where a power cut means a blocked nozzle and a lost shift, the anti-clogging power supply keeps the printer running through interruptions under 30 seconds and performs a controlled rinse and shutdown beyond that.
