EBS-230

The PicAS EBS-230 packs the print engine, its own miniature air compressor, ink and air filters, and the control logic into a single 149 mm stainless-steel housing. Nothing external is required beyond power: no plant compressed-air line, no separate controller box for the smallest configuration.

It comes in two nozzle counts — 7 nozzles for a single line of 6-11 mm characters, or 16 nozzles for one or two lines up to 27 mm — each available with or without the detachable T210 touchscreen terminal. A slant-head design lets the same printhead cover its full height range, and the ruby-nozzle design is built to cut ink consumption against comparable printers in its class.

IP54-rated from the power supply through to the touchscreen, it is built to run on lines that get washed down, and the ink system swaps in seconds without tools.
