FlexiMate eLinear
Electro-pneumatic tamp / tamp-blow print & apply applicator with a programmable stroke, for variable-height products.
A modular FlexiMate print & apply unit that tamps or blows labels onto stationary or moving products of different heights, with stroke, speed and acceleration programmable from a 7" touchscreen or IMA's LinkMate configuration tool.
Заявка за офертаThe FlexiMate eLinear applies labels by tamp (with contact) or tamp & blow (no contact), on products that are stationary or moving on a conveyor. Its electro-pneumatic applicator unit — electrically driven, using compressed air for the tamp/blow stroke and to hold the label against the pad — positions the label accurately even as product height varies, with stroke, speed and acceleration all programmable from the 7" touchscreen or over IMA's LinkMate configuration tool.
The motorised unwinder/rewinder keeps the liner correctly tensioned for high-capacity reels and consistent print quality. Air assist blows compressed air onto the label's adhesive side as it is dispensed, and a micro-perforated tamp pad holds it by vacuum until it is placed — the combination that keeps application clean at speed.
Eight stroke/roller combinations cover the range: four nominal strokes (250/350/500/800 mm), each in a 4" or 6" roller width, with label sizes from 20×20 mm up to 110×250 mm (4") or 160×250 mm (6"). An optional laser measurement sensor or variable stroke proximity sensor lets the unit adapt its stroke automatically to products of different heights on the same line.
