Four-corner tamper-evident labeller for cosmetic boxes, 30–60 pieces per minute.
Seals all four corners of a box with tamper-evident labels in one pass: two labelling heads apply the labels, sponge rollers fold each one over the edge and a brush presses out the air. 30–60 boxes per minute at ±1 mm, for cosmetics, skincare, household-chemical and electronics cartons.
This is the four-corner member of the corner-labelling range, for cartons that need a visible tamper-evident seal on every corner of the opening rather than on one. A positioning unit holds each box in place while two labelling heads apply the labels to the four corners. Sponge rollers then fold the overhanging part of each label across the edge to form the seal, and a brush smooths it down so no air is trapped underneath. A transparent-label sensor keeps detection reliable even with clear labels.
Everything is set on a touchscreen, with a selectable operating language, and the labelling position can be adjusted to the box. A pressure gauge on the air supply shows the pressure in real time. Box size is set to the customer's format, and the sponge rollers are made to suit it.
Labels run 15–250 mm wide and 15–150 mm high, with a gap of more than 3 mm between labels and a 2 mm liner margin, on a 76 mm core with a roll of up to 280 mm. Output is 30–60 boxes per minute depending on box and label size, at ±1 mm placement accuracy (product and label tolerances excluded). Supply is 220 V or 110 V, 50–60 Hz, 2.5 kW; packed for shipping the machine measures about 2070 × 1650 × 1450 mm and weighs about 423 kg.
