Pigmented-ink continuous inkjet for high-contrast marks on dark surfaces.
A continuous inkjet printer built around pigmented ink, so white and colour marks stay opaque on black cable, dark rubber and recycled board. Stirred ink system and automatic head cleaning keep the pigment in suspension.
Заявка за офертаStandard CIJ dyes disappear on a black surface. The EBS-6800P runs pigmented inks — white in particular — that sit on top of the material instead of soaking in, which is what cable, wire, moulded rubber and automotive parts need for a legible mark.
Pigment settles, so the machine adds a stirred reservoir and a scheduled printhead flush on top of the Boltmark II platform. Everything else — the no-tools ink replacement, the connectivity options — is shared with the EBS-6900.
