Large-character DOD printer that cascades up to four printheads per controller for tall characters.
An industrial large-character drop-on-demand system built around the 32N/58 printhead, cascading up to four heads on one controller to reach print heights up to 231 mm.
Заявка за офертаThe EBS-1800 runs one to four 32-nozzle printheads from a single controller, cascaded to cover print heights up to 231 mm — pallet blocks, large panels and similar tall-character marking that a single printhead can't reach.
Ink is dye-based, on an ethanol, acetone or MEK carrier, held in a 5-litre stainless-steel tank and available in black, grey, white, brown, red, blue, green, yellow and a UV-reactive option. The printhead sits 2-20 mm from the substrate. Control is from a 10.1" colour touchscreen, with Ethernet (RJ-45), USB and RS-232 connectivity and GS1 DataBar, Data Matrix ECC200 and QR code support.
The controller and ink system are rated IP54 and the printhead IP55, for an operating range of +5°C to +45°C.
